Considering a total workforce of some 500 employees this quota is exemplary. Besides training in technical and commercial skills the young people’s schedule comprises workshops designed to develop their social skills. Moreover, under the programmes of ‘Fuhrländer Academy’ employees as well as technicians and managers of the company’s international customers can achieve qualifications in modern wind power technology. To Fuhrländer sustainability not only means making use of wind power as a sustainable source of energy supply.
