„Wir freuen uns über das Urteil des höchsten Europäischen Gerichts, das abschließend und rechtsverbindlich festgestellt hat, dass das letzte echte EEG 2012 keine Beihilfe und damit auch keine Subvention darstellt. Seit Beginn der – von interessierter Seite – konstruierten Beihilfe-Debatte gegen das EEG hat EUROSOLAR immer die Auffassung vertreten, dass die Unterwerfung der Erneuerbaren Energien unter das Beihilfe-Regime der EU-Kommission rechtlich nicht geboten ist, sondern nur dazu dient, das Geschäftsmodell der fossil-atomaren Energiewirtschaft zulasten der Allgemeinheit zu verlängern.

This development is also substantiated by the trade fair cooperations as well as by the positive visitor reactions at this year's ENERGY STORAGE EUROPE, which ends today in Düsseldorf after three successful days. More than 90% of visitors and exhibitors confirmed their satisfaction with the industry event.
