We need to adopt appropriate legal and regulatory frameworks to get energy storage solutions into business. This article will consider these long known requirements from a slightly different angle.

„Wir freuen uns über das Urteil des höchsten Europäischen Gerichts, das abschließend und rechtsverbindlich festgestellt hat, dass das letzte echte EEG 2012 keine Beihilfe und damit auch keine Subvention darstellt. Seit Beginn der – von interessierter Seite – konstruierten Beihilfe-Debatte gegen das EEG hat EUROSOLAR immer die Auffassung vertreten, dass die Unterwerfung der Erneuerbaren Energien unter das Beihilfe-Regime der EU-Kommission rechtlich nicht geboten ist, sondern nur dazu dient, das Geschäftsmodell der fossil-atomaren Energiewirtschaft zulasten der Allgemeinheit zu verlängern.
